I have some issues with RealGUIDE, how can I fix them?

Here are a few tips to try to solve your problems with RealGUIDE:

• Verify that your computer matches the hardware requirements: if not, RealGUIDE will show instability, usually if graphic card memory is not enough for 3D rendering;

• Install latestRealGUIDE version. You can find them here;

• Perform all updates proposed by your Operative System: 

• Microsoft instructions;
• Apple instructions;

• Update your graphic card drivers: 

• Windows instructions;
• Apple seems to automatically install graphics driver when available, if you have issues with your Mac graphic, please refer to Apple Customer Support or to an Apple Authorized Reseller;

• Check that you have enough available memory in your hard disk: CT exams weight can reach 1 - 2 GB.
