When I run RealGUIDE, an unusual screen appears showing lines and triangles. What can I do?

This issue is typically related to the NVIDIA graphics card and the installed driver version. It can occur when the graphics card drivers are newer than the installed version of RealGUIDE.

Here are the steps to follow:

  1. Check the computer hardware: Even if the PC is not old, it might have components that do not meet the requirements to run RealGUIDE. You can check them here:

  2. Install all available updates in Windows Update, and update the driver for your specific graphics card model by downloading it directly from the official NVIDIA website.

  3. Launch RealGUIDE and download all the files prompted by the software at startup, without skipping any.

If the issue persists, you will also need to adjust the graphics card settings:

  1. Open the graphics card settings (the image below refers to NVIDIA graphics; choose NVIDIA Control Panel).



  2. Go to the "Manage 3D settings" section (or "Graphics" depending on the panel version).

  3. Find and select RealGUIDE in the program list (if it is not listed, click Add and select it manually).

  4. Assign the High-performance NVIDIA processor to RealGUIDE.

  5. Disable "Threaded optimization".
