Which files does a guided surgery case require?

To manage a guided surgery case requires you collect the following files:

  • PARTIAL EDENTULOUS JAW (with stable teeth):

    • DICOM files of the arch of interest;
    • anatomy stl file;
    • wax-up, antagonist stl files etc (optional).
  • TOTAL EDENTULOUS or PARTIAL EDENTULOUS JAW (with moving teeth):

A. EVOBITE PROTOCOL
    • DICOM files of the arch of interest with prosthesis and evobite worn;
    • following stl files:
      • evobite+prosthesis+anatomy;
      • prosthesis+anatomy;
      • anatomy;
    • wax-up, antagonist stl files etc (optional).
B. DOUBLE SCAN PROTOCOL
  • DICOM files of the arch of interest with prosthesis worn;
  • DICOM files of the prosthesis alone.

N.B. We recommend sending standard format DICOM files only!

Stl files must be in the same reference system to obtain a good matching!

Please note that stl files can be acquired both with intraoral scanner and desktop scanner.
