With RealGUIDE 6.0, a unified patient database has been introduced, accessible from both Desktop and Web. By logging in with your RealGUIDE account, you can view all patients associated with your account in a single list, regardless of where they were created or stored.
To simplify data management and provide an immediate understanding of each case, new status icons have been introduced. These icons are displayed on the left side of each patient row and within every project, clearly indicating the location and status of the patient or project:
Local
The patient/project is stored locally and is available only on the current device (Desktop).
Cloud
The patient/project is stored in the cloud and can be accessed from any device, both via Desktop and Web.
Local & Cloud
The patient/project is available both locally and in the cloud, ensuring full synchronization and accessibility.
Shared project
Indicates that the project has been shared with other users or collaborators. By hovering over the icon, you can see which users the project is shared with.
Weblink order created
Indicates that an order has been created for that project via Weblink / 3DIEMME Production Center, allowing full tracking of the production workflow.
Notifications
Highlights the presence of updates or communications related to the patient or project.
In addition, the new patient list includes advanced filtering tools that allow you to quickly organize your data according to your operational needs. You can filter the list by data location, displaying only local patients, only cloud-based patients, or those synchronized in both environments, as well as by time period, showing only patients managed within a specific date range.
Thanks to this immediate visual system and integrated filtering tools, you can quickly understand where your data is located, whether it has been shared, or if it has already been sent for production—significantly improving workflow management and reducing the risk of errors.
