I’ve reached the maximum number of patients on the cloud. What can I do?

Your CLOUD storage is linked to your RealGUIDE licence. 
If you used all your CLOUD space and, while uploading a project, you received an error message regarding the maximum number of online patients, we recommend that you:
  • check your licence has not expired and, if necessary, renew it;
  • if the licence is still active but the patient limit on the CLOUD has been reached, consider purchasing additional CLOUD space. Contact our sales team to find out more;
  • delete some patients from the cloud by following these simple steps:
FROM DESKTOP
  • select the Filter icon and select the Cloud option. This will show you only those patients for whom you have uploaded at least one project to the CLOUD and who are therefore taking up space;
  • Proceed with the deletion now:
    • if you wish to remove the patient (and all his projects), click on the Delete icon next to the patient list. This will delete both the projects in CLOUD and LOCAL database;
    • if you wish to remove a single project from the cloud, click on the Delete icon next to the project. A window will ask you whether you want to remove the project from LOCAL only, from CLOUD only, or from both databases.
 In this case, however, please note that you will then need to delete the patient from CLOUD as well;

FROM WEB
  • click on the Multiple Selection icon, then select the patients;
  • By clicking on the three dots on the side, you will be given the option to export the selected patients or delete them directly;
